FREE SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA WITH ORDERS MORE THAN TWO UNITS

No promo code required – free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when you purchase more than two units in a single order.
Free shipping is not available for orders delivered outside Malaysia.

SINGLE UNIT DELIVERY COST – RM7.00

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

All orders shall be processed within 3 working days. Once processed, estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

DELIVERY VIA EASYPARCEL
There may be delay in delivery of orders placed during peak trade periods.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Post office boxes: Please note that we cannot deliver to a post office box address.

Receiving your order: Please note that you or someone will have to sign receipt for your order. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the postal carrier will provide a notification card advising you of the local Post Office from which you can collect your order parcel. Delivery is subject to the terms of the relevant postal service. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

Out of stock items: If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

Return Policy:

ONLINE SALES RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is the utmost priority to us hence we will handle your online sales with extra care. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as the goods you order are damaged or faulty upon receipt, kindly report to us with Invoice No., Shipping AWB no. and photographic evidence of the damaged or faulty via info@ibkeeo.com within 48 hours from parcel received. Returned item without notification will not be accepted. You are required to return the item via shipping only. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging.

Goods sold are not refundable.

Upon confirmation of acceptance of exchange, please allow fourteen (14) days to arrange for delivery of goods.
